All items can be returned to us for exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. They must however be returned in their original condition including packaging. Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number.

Where the item is damaged, faulty or supplied in error by us we will exchange the item or refund the full purchase price. Please contact us to arrange free post  for return of your items.

Where the item was ordered in error it may be returned to us for a full refund but the cost of the return postage is not refundable. Please see our Terms & Conditions.

How to collect loyalty points

Loyalty points can be earned on our website www.learnforeignlanguageskills.com. You will automatically earn points everytime you shop with us. 

You can also apply for a loyalty card which can be used when making purchases at any of the conferences and events we attend throughout the year. To apply is free but the loyalty points collected can only be redeemed on our website due to time delays on the day of the event. Any loyalty points collected on your card will be added to your online account at www.learnforeignlanguageskills.com within 2 working days and can be used against your purchases in the normal way.

How much your loyalty points are worth

 1 point is equivalent to 2 cents which you will receive for every euro spent which you can redeem at any time against any product of your choice. 

For example 100 loyalty points = €2.00. Some products carry bonus points, the percentage increase will be shown on the product page.

How to redeem your loyalty points

Your available loyalty points balance is shown in the top right of the site after you are logged in as a registered user.

You can your loyalty points collected on any future orders. You can redeem your loyalty points at checkout, you will have the option to use your loyalty points or keep them for a discount on a future order. To use your loyalty points click the box use loyalty points at checkout.

Transfer of loyalty points

Loyalty points can be transferred from one account to another with the written permission of the account user. The transfer may take up to 2 working days to complete.

Changes in loyalty points value

PK languages reserve the right to alter the rate at which loyalty points are earned. Any changes made will be communicated to all registered users 1 month before any changes are made.
